Evolution Funding Ltd is seeking a commercially focused HR leader to own operational HR across all brands and four acquisitions. You will balance hands-on ER management with major organisational development and change delivery, upskilling management and partnering with key stakeholders to execute a new operating model following Centeca’s launch. Reporting to the Group HRD and deputising when required, you will oversee ER cases, OD design, and cultural transformation while guiding senior leaders.
