Location: Bath, Bristol and Gloucester, UK. The role holder will be field based for a minimum of four days per week.
Salary: £47,500 - £50,000 plus car allowance £6,000 plus bonus.

Join Evolution Funding's 2025 Sales Team of The Year and get to work with the industry's leading automotive and finance brands. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will play a key part in delivering the region's financial performance targets through delivering an outstanding Account Management service to all existing dealer relationships whilst developing new business opportunities in the region.
Evolution is at the forefront of digital finance journeys, with our technology powering a broad range of customer experiences in the motor finance market. Working with senior leadership teams across dealerships of all sizes and types from large, franchised PLCs to local family-owned businesses; we offer our Account Managers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in which to deliver key business metrics and support them with a range of tools, expertise, and a market leading product portfolio.
Previous experience of selling Automotive Finance products (ideally from a brokerage background) with a great understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate.
Experience of presenting multi-layered proposals to senior leadership teams in companies of all sizes from franchised PLCs to local family-owned businesses.
