Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industry
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Technical certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to work varied hours and on‑call as required for service requests
