We are currently seeking an ICTS Project Engineer who will play a critical role in delivering innovative security systems for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across Europe, collaborating with a talented team while advancing your expertise in the security industry. Responsibilities:
- Work with specific customers to ensure smooth running of projects and potentially continue as Senior Installation Engineer, depending on workloads.
- Travel extensively within Europe, with periods of extended stays away from home.
- Collaborate with the team to install security systems at customer premises.
- Supervise the workforce, act as senior installation engineer, and ensure full compliance with design/specifications on any project.
- Occasionally project manage and install smaller orders from the Service or Installation Department while in country or onsite.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to sites as needed and work flexible hours to meet project demands.
- Great deal of initiative, autonomy, and client liaison.
