We are seeking a P2P Transformation Lead to deliver a procurement‐led transformation of the Procure‐to‐Pay process across a complex, multi‐site CDMO organisation. The role focuses on standardising how the business buys, improving spend governance, driving compliant purchasing, and enabling efficient downstream P2P outcomes through process, data, and technology alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P2P transformation roadmap, with primary focus on procurement, buying channels, and spend control
- Design and implement the future‐state P2P process, from requisitioning and guided buying through PO and receipt
- Drive global standardisation, policy, and SOPs across sites and regions
- Deploy and optimise P2P/procurement systems (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, D365)
- Reduce maverick spend and increase compliant ordering through catalogues and preferred suppliers
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver change and adoption
- Lead programme delivery across design, build, test, and transition to BAU
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Procurement and P2P transformation within complex or regulated environments (CDMO, life sciences, manufacturing)
- Hands‐on experience with procurement/P2P platforms and automation
- Proven ability to design guided buying, catalogues, and spend controls
- Experienced change leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills
