    • Prepare accurate weekly status reports, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and actions logs
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Own PMO cadence: weekly workstream updates, steering packs, and exec readouts
    • Ensure programme governance requirements are followed (stage gates, approvals, documentation)
    • Collate materials for SteerCo, Separation Committee, and PE sponsor updates
    • Highlight slippage, risks, and emerging issues early with clear recommendations
  • Stakeholder & Workstream Coordination
    • Act as coordination point between IT workstream leads, separation advisors, and the parent company
    • Support management of TSAs: milestones, exit timing, and readiness tracking
    • Drive follow‑ups, unblock actions, and ensure accountability across teams
    • Support cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Legal, HR, and Ops as required
