Key Responsibilities Define and execute the enterprise transformation roadmap. Lead strategic growth initiatives across commercial, digital and operational functions. Drive programme governance and execution across multiple workstreams. Support organisational design and operating model optimisation. Enhance customer engagement, marketing effectiveness and digital capabilities. Establish value creation KPIs and performance management processes. Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver sustainable business improvement. Lead cross-functional teams through significant transformation and change programmes. Candidate Profile Essential Previous strategy consulting experience with McKinsey, Bain or BCG . Significant post-consulting industry leadership experience.
