We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and people-focused Medical Affairs Clinician to join our Medical Affairs team, reporting to the Head of International Medical Affairs. You will be an approachable, knowledgeable aesthetic clinician who thrives in a collaborative, field-based role. In this position, you will elevate awareness and education around Evolus products, respond to unsolicited training requests, build and nurture professional relationships with thought leaders, and identify opportunities for research and grant partnerships. You will also deliver timely, accurate, and balanced scientific and product information to key internal and external stakeholders. This role is essential in ensuring our scientific communication remains credible, relevant, and impactful.

Essential duties and responsibilities:- Disseminating scientific information and responding to clinical questions deriving from unsolicited requests for information that sales representatives or the company may receive from health care professionals (HCPs).
- Provide HCPs education on best clinical practices with education and training programs.
- Build relationships with thought leaders and locally influential providers.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with company standard operating procedures, training records and administrative documentation.
- Develop peer-level relationships with medical and scientific experts, interpret and effectively communicate relevant medical and scientific literature and present complex medical and scientific ideas fluently to internal and external audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with sales teams by providing medical and scientific expertise.
- Contribute to the development of databases of medical and scientific information regarding products and similar/competing products.
This is a field-based position in the North of England and the surrounding area. Must live in territory and no relocation assistance provided. Up to 60% travel.
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team:- Aesthetic injector (member of relevant medical council - GMC/GDC/NMC or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical aesthetic experience.
- Superior injection skills and a solid grasp of facial anatomy.
- Experience working with HCPs dedicated to aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A results-driven individual who is able to work independently.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- Adapts to change quickly and calmly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
