What You'll Do As a member of our 12-month Systems Engineering Industrial Placement Programme, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on live customer projects from day one. You'll have the opportunity to: Support the development of system performance models for electric propulsion products Contribute to requirements capture, management and flow-down activities Use Model-Based Systems Engineering and Model-Based Development techniques Work with Systems and Motor Control teams to align implementation with system requirements and design objectives Assist with system-level optimisation, including thermal modelling, reports and technical presentations Receive mentoring and support throughout the programme You could be involved in projects across: Model-Based Systems Engineering Model-Based Development System Performance Modelling Requirements Capture
