What You'll Do As a member of our 12-month Electronics Industrial Placement Programme, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on live customer projects from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to: Contribute to the development of cutting-edge aerospace electronics Work on real engineering projects that have a direct impact on our products and customers Gain exposure to multiple areas within our Controller Engineering team Develop practical, hands-on engineering skills in a fast-moving technology company Present your work to engineers and business leaders at the end of your placement Receive mentoring and support throughout the programme You could be involved in projects across: Electronic Design Product Development Hardware Engineering Simulation
