The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Graduate Systems Engineer to create models to enable the flow down of system requirements using Model Base System Engineering (MBSE).*Key responsibilities will include:** Assist with delivery of customer deliverable documents* Development of system performance models* Produce system performance modelling reports and presentations* Requirement capture and management* Assist with electric engine thermal modelling* Assist with the identification of future improvements. *Skills and experience required:** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM related subject* A demonstrated understanding of systems engineering* Previous experience using modelling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink* Awareness of Engineering design process (preferably within an aerospace environment)* Instinctive problem-solving skills coupled with a sound analytical approach* A \’self-starter\’ attitude with energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a small business environment* Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* A flexible approach to work* UK driving license and ability to travel Apply now for immediate considerationWe’re driven by a shared passion for engineering excellence and sustainable mobility.
