Evolito’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric propulsion in aerospace applications in support of a net-zero world. We will help to revolutionise personal mobility and transform our towns and cities with clean, noise-free air transportation.

Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation. As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.

As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management Team (SMT) with day-to-day activities, including diary management, travel booking, and hospitality.

  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordination of the SMT activities
  • Diary management
  • Management of high-volume email inbox
  • Organising travel
  • Ensuring strong communications internally between members of the SMT, and externally between the SMT and stakeholders
  • Administering and organising meetings, including catering for lunches and other meetings
  • Assisting in the creation of meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Liaising with stakeholders, customers and investors
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing information and returns to regulatory bodies
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Involvement with organising internal and external Evolito events.
  • Skills and experience required:
  • Proven experience as a senior level PA/EA, preferably at board level
  • Proven experience representing senior managers to external parties
  • Proactive attitude and happy to take on responsibility
  • Strong character with the ability to challenge where necessary
  • Highly organised and efficient with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and professional communicator with the ability to prioritise and take initiative
  • Ability to bring a positive attitude to the team
  • A flexible approach to work.

Preferable: Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
