Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation. As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly andhas ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months. As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to contribute to electric propulsion system development, validation and verification activities on programs to be certifiable under the guidelines of SAE ARP4754A, up to Functional Design Assurance Level (FDAL) A. Key responsibilities will include: Contribute to new program and system concept design activities, including internal new product developments, or customer-driven applications, through the technology roadmap and ultimately to system/product launch Support analysis of customer requirements and management throughout the development lifecycle Assist or author requirement specifications for flow down to sub-systems, suppliers and/or sub-contractor(s) Author/support interface control documents and ensure alignment with internal and customer requirements Collaborate with the safety
