Evolito is accelerating the adoption of electric propulsion for aerospace and personal mobility. Our lightweight, high‑power systems serve EVTOL, UAVs, and general aviation. We are rapidly scaling and seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple customer projects to completion.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects.
- Act as the internal primary focal point for project status.
- Build and maintain a cross‑functional project plan in MS Project.
- Ensure project milestones align with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive daily execution across the entire organization to ensure timely delivery.
- Define and monitor project KPIs, providing mitigating plans to return to target.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans.
- Motivate and drive internal teams to deliver the agreed plan.
- Define, implement and administer the communications strategy.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication and teamwork.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project plan, assigning task ownership.
- Regularly report on project status, including resource consumption, KPIs, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Identify and manage programme risks, dependencies, and critical paths, tracking mitigating actions across the organization.
- Support compliance with aerospace standards and ensure configuration control and documentation discipline.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and improve PM processes, gaining team buy‑in.
- Contribute to building the company’s project management framework.
- Ensure best practices are followed, identifying gaps and updating processes as required.
Qualifications
- Previous proven Project Management experience within the aerospace industry.
- Demonstrated track record of project delivery, especially in challenging situations.
- Experience interfacing with engineering teams.
- Managing OEM customers technically and commercially to maintain clear costs, delivery, and quality.
- Good awareness and application of project management best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Instinctive problem‑solving skills and a sound analytical approach.
- A self‑starter attitude with energy and enthusiasm, thriving in a small business environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, practiced in negotiation and presentations.
- UK driving licence and ability to travel.
