We will help to revolutionise personal mobility and transform our towns and cities with clean, noise-free air transportation. Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation. As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.
As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Production Organisation Approval (POA) Document Library Administrator to join our Supply Chain Team. Reporting to our Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for the administration, control and governance of the POA document libraries, ensuring all POA documentation is structured, maintained and controlled in accordance with Part 21G, the POA MOE and Business Management System requirements, and is fully traceable, accessible and audit-ready to support regulatory compliance and safe aerospace product delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the administrator and owner of POA-controlled document libraries, ensuring document control, versioning, access permissions and audit readiness at all times
- Maintaining POA document structures in line with Part 21G, POA MOE and Business Management System requirements
- Ensuring all POA documentation is correctly classified, approved, issued, revised, archived and retrievable
- Configuring and maintaining SharePoint approval workflows for POA documents including procedures, manuals, forms and records
- Controlling access to POA documentation using role-based permissions in line with Quality and Compliance requirements
- Supporting internal, customer and CAA/EASA audits through provision of controlled POA documentation and records
- Working with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to ensure correct use of controlled POA libraries
- Identifying and escalating POA document control risks, non-compliances or improvement opportunities
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience administering controlled document libraries within a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 document management
- Demonstrated experience of document control, version control, approval workflows and audit traceability
- Experience working within aerospace, defence or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Understanding of Part 21G, POA, AS9100 or equivalent regulatory frameworks preferred
- High attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach to work
- Ability to confidently engage with Quality, Compliance and regulatory stakeholders
- A 'self-starter' attitude with energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a small business environment
- Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible approach to work
- UK driving license and ability to travel
