What you’ll do
As a member of our 12‑month Electronics Industrial Placement Programme, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on live customer projects from day one.
- Contribute to the development of cutting‑edge aerospace electronics
- Work on real engineering projects that have a direct impact on our products and customers
- Gain exposure to multiple areas within our Controller Engineering team
- Develop practical, hands‑on engineering skills in a fast‑moving technology company
- Present your work to engineers and business leaders at the end of your placement
- Receive mentoring and support throughout the programme

What we’re looking for
- Are studying an Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering degree
- Need to complete an industrial placement year as part of their course
- Have a genuine passion for engineering and technology
- Enjoy solving problems and taking a hands‑on approach
- Are curious, collaborative and eager to learn
