As a Traffic Manager, you’ll play a central role keeping the studio running efficiently – ensuring projects flow seamlessly from briefing through to delivery.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the intake, scheduling and tracking of creative projects across the studio, ensuring smooth progression from brief to delivery
- Assign work across creative pods based on priorities, timelines and team capacity
- Maintain clear visibility of all projects in progress, providing updates on status, timelines and potential risks
- Monitor workloads and balance resources across teams to support efficient delivery and avoid bottlenecks
- Identify and resolve workflow challenges, ensuring projects move effectively through each stage of production
- Coordinate delivery timelines, working closely with Creative Producers to prioritise urgent work and campaign launches
- Support the development of structured workflows and processes that enable scalable, predictable production output
- Collaborate with Creative Leads and Studio leadership to align team capacity with business needs and campaign demands
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Traffic Manager, Workflow Manager, Production Coordinator or similar within a creative or marketing environment
- Experience managing project workflows and scheduling across multiple campaigns and teams
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of creative production processes, with the ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
