What You Will Be Doing
  • Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, contractual changes, leavers and employee data management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional support and guidance via phone, email and ticketing systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal governance standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving queries efficiently, accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to AI and automation projects, helping to improve self‑service solutions, knowledge management and workflow efficiency.
  • Analyse employee query trends and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, service quality and response times.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Systems and wider business stakeholders, while supporting People Team projects and transformation activities.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Experience working within an HR Administration, HR Shared Services or customer service environment, managing high‑volume workloads with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and provide excellent customer support.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands while meeting deadlines, KPIs and SLAs.
  • A proactive and technology‑minded approach, with an interest in process improvement, AI, automation and learning new systems and technologies.
