evoke is building a next-generation, AI-first creative studio designed for speed, scale and creative excellence. As a Creative Production Designer (AI-Enabled), you’ll play a vital role in transforming campaign ideas into high-volume, production-ready assets delivered across channels, formats and markets with precision and consistency. This is not a traditional artworker role. You’ll combine creative production expertise with AI-powered workflows and automation tools to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining exceptional design quality. What You Will Be Doing
- Produce and adapt campaign assets across formats including social, digital, display, video, motion and web placements.
- Translate master creative assets into high-quality executions aligned with campaign direction and brand guidelines.
- Use AI tools and automation workflows to generate, adapt and scale creative assets efficiently.
- Prepare and optimise assets for different platforms, formats and performance requirements.
- Create multiple variations for A/B testing, performance marketing and campaign optimisation.
- Localise and version assets for different markets, audiences and languages.
- Ensure all outputs are production-ready, technically accurate and compliant with brand standards.
- Support efficient campaign rollout by working within structured workflows and scalable production systems.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in production design, digital design or artwork roles within a creative or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Experience producing assets across multiple formats, including digital, video and motion.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and the ability to apply them within production workflows.
