As a Creative Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation – owning campaign direction end‑to‑end, shaping breakthrough ideas and bringing them to life through a blend of creative thinking and AI‑enabled production.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the ideation and development of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, retail and performance channels.
  • Translate business objectives, audience insight and market trends into compelling campaign concepts.
  • Use AI tools to research, prototype and visualise ideas, producing engaging pitch materials and concept mock‑ups.
  • Create multi‑format concept explorations including mood films, storyboards, animation tests and video prototypes.
  • Own campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency, quality and creative excellence.
  • Present creative ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and commercial rationale.
  • Direct and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear briefs, feedback and creative leadership.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity, compliance requirements and quality standards.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Creative Lead, Senior Art Director or similar role delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Portfolio showcasing multi‑channel campaign work across digital, social, video and advertising.
  • Ability to turn marketing objectives into innovative, audience‑focused creative ideas.
  • Experience using AI tools for concept development, visualisation and creative prototyping.
