AI Engineer – LLMs & AI | £80k–£120k + Equity | Remote-Heavy (London HQ)

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in LLMs or adjacent AI fields to help build cutting-edge systems and tools that tackle complex, meaningful problems. In this role, you\’ll design and build scalable systems powered by LLMs, develop intelligent internal tooling, and apply AI techniques to solve real-world engineering challenges. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to ship quickly, experiment with new ideas, and help shape the core technical direction of the business. Strong software engineering background (Python, Go, Rust, or similar)
Experience working with LLMs, language tooling, NLP, or compilers
Experience with APIs, SaaS, data pipelines, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
Familiarity with TypeScript or modern frontend/backend stacks

Remote-first setup, with occasional meetups in London
