Techno-Functional Consultant – NEC Housing Solutions
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application consulting, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of NEC Housing or similar housing/property management solutions.
- Expertise in SQL, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion, CRM platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong business process analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities.
- Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Define solution architecture, integration requirements, and data migration strategy.
- Configure NEC Housing modules to support business processes.
- Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Configure interfaces with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, document management, and reporting systems.
- Develop technical components and support customization activities where required.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
