This role keeps the organisation running smoothly by providing reliable administrative support across Accounting, HR, General Affairs and IT. Itβs a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and likes being the go-to person for day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Assist with basic bookkeeping, including invoice processing, data entry and document organisation. Process payments, manage receivables and monitor daily cash balances. Maintain financial records and master data (customers, suppliers, expenses, products, forex). Administer corporate card and expense claim processes, ensuring timely and compliant reimbursement.
- IT / Systems: Maintain IT assets and user accounts, including new starter setup (access, accounts, workstations). Provide first-line IT support and coordinate with external IT providers. Support IT risk and security activities, including awareness tasks, phishing simulation coordination and documentation upkeep.
- General Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration: document preparation, document control, correspondence, telephone and postal duties. Oversee procurement and administration of goods and services, including contract management and tracking of inventory, assets and service status. Help maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workplace.
- HR / Personnel Administration: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates. Assist with holiday and absence records, training logs and internal staff communication.
- Additional Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed. Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Carry out reasonable ad hoc duties.
