Evoke Staffing are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, managing a team of warehouse staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience with warehouse management systems. Hours: Monday – Friday 11:30 – 20:00 Salary: £27,300 Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. * Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment. * Manage inventory control, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits. * Facilitate the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling techniques are employed. * Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. * Train new staff on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices. * Utilise the warehouse management system to track inventory movements and optimise storage solutions. * Assist with heavy lifting and materials handling as required. * Cover in the warehouse where required.
