We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin OR Cantonese to oversee inbound logistics operations within our Clients busy warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing materials handling processes, supervising a team, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in warehouse management to contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound logistics activities, including receipt, inspection, and storage of materials
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Utilise Warehouse Management System for tracking inventory and managing documentation
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive working environment
- Implement process improvements to optimise inbound workflows and reduce lead times
- Manage shipping & receiving operations, including heavy lifting tasks and materials handling
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations during all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Must speak English AND Cantonese/Mandarin
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics roles
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse operations
