Key Responsibilities:- Supervise students in the Reflection Room, ensuring a calm and respectful atmosphere.
- Provide guidance to help students reflect on their behaviour and understand its consequences.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behaviour.
- Liaise effectively with teachers and senior leadership to promote consistent behaviour management.
