Role:  Primary School TeacherLocation: Swindon and the Wider Wiltshire Contract: Temporary Rates of Pay: £160 – £190 per day

The Role:As an Exemplary Classroom Teacher, you will:•    Model exemplary classroom practices, demonstrating professional teaching skills that positively impact pupil outcomes.•    Maintain high standards of pupil behaviour, fostering independence and self-discipline.•    Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.•    Collaborate effectively with colleagues, setting and upholding high professional standards during your placements 

What We are Looking For:The ideal candidate will:•    Be an innovative and inspiring teacher with a passion for raising standards of achievement.•    Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and exemplary teaching practices.•    Possess strong interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, colleagues, parents/carers, and external agencies effectively.•    Possess a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent (Essential)•    Hold Teachers Qualified Status (Desirable)
