We are seeking an organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing the successful delivery of our bespoke kitchen projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator with a background in bespoke kitchens who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow of bespoke kitchen projects from design approval through to delivery and installation.
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Organise and oversee logistics, including material availability, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
- Act as a central point of communication between design, production, suppliers, installers, and customers.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or production issues.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient transition through every stage of the process, from initial design to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and production documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and workflow management.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within the bespoke kitchen industry is essential.
- Proven experience in a Production Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
