Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of customer service for Clients.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to ensure timely production.
- Coordinate delivery of goods.
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records using business software systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
Ideally, you will be available immediately or at short notice.
