As a Team Leader in one of our betting shops, you will play a vital role in maintaining a customer‑centric environment and lead by example on the shop floor. You will receive continuous training, development benefits, and the opportunity to progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Maintain high standards and ensure the shop looks the part (e.g., visual displays)
  • Build relationships with customers and deliver excellent service
  • Champion safer gambling at all times
  • Open and close the shop with team support as required
  • Ensure the shop achieves targets

Working Patterns

The shop operates Monday to Sunday, with opening times between 8am and 10pm. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and may include evenings and weekends.
