evoke is a next-generation, AI-first creative studio. As a Senior Creative Lead, you will take ownership of a creative pod—guiding people, shaping ideas and overseeing campaign output from concept through execution. This hands-on leadership role combines creative direction, strategic thinking and AI-enabled production to deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across brands in betting and gaming. You will help develop talent, evolve creative standards and ensure campaigns meet brand ambition and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary creative pod, setting direction, supporting development and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, retail, press and performance channels.
- Translate business objectives, audience insights and market trends into compelling creative strategies and campaign concepts.
- Drive proactive ideation, identifying opportunities and developing campaign territories that scale across formats and markets.
- Use AI tools to research, prototype and visualise ideas, producing pitch materials, concept mock-ups and early-stage explorations.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to Art Directors, Motion Designers, Production Designers and Writers throughout campaign development.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all output aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, compliance requirements and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with studio leadership, production and operations teams to ensure workflows, briefs and delivery processes enable efficient, high-quality output at scale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Creative Director, Creative Lead or similar leadership role, delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- A portfolio demonstrating campaign-driven work across digital, social, video and advertising, with experience presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with AI-enabled tools, translating marketing objectives into impactful campaign ideas and concept outputs.
- Experience leading and developing teams within fast-paced, multi-disciplinary creative environments, balancing creative ambition with delivery.
