Responsibilities- Build and maintain reliable datasets for analysis and reporting
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose
- Analyse customer behaviour and the effectiveness of safer gambling initiatives
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insight
- Present complex findings in a simple and engaging way for different audiences
- Partner with teams across Safer Gambling, Compliance, Product and Customer functions
- Improve data processes and reporting through automation and continuous enhancement
- Experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role with advanced SQL skills
- Experience working with Snowflake or a similar cloud-based data warehouse
