Overview
Based in London or Leeds, you will have experience performing analytics for an online gambling operator and have experience managing a small team and facing into senior stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of extracting customer and commercial insights from complex data is expected. You\βll also manage deliverables remotely whilst getting hands-on and conducting your own complex analysis. The role will support the Gaming commercial team across bonusing, customer segmentation, promotions and marketing analytics. Whilst there won\βt be any direct line management, you\βll act as a thought leader and utilise an offshore team to deliver requirements.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Gaming analytics pipeline to deliver exceptional support to a set of key stakeholders
- Responsible for managing senior stakeholder relationships up to director level to ensure the analytical output is prioritised as effectively as possible
- Proactively identify areas of improvement through analysing data and coordinating with other areas of the wider team
- Supporting stakeholders to measure the impact of key initiatives against planned budgets
- Influencing stakeholders to determine the right course of action with regards to priorities and strategic questions
- Taking the lead to inform development roadmaps for wider centralised reporting and dashboarding function
- Becoming the expert in each market, its regulatory environment and differences in the multiple evoke brands

Qualifications
- Proven working experience in commercial and customer analytics, ideally within the gambling/iGaming space. You\βll have experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and advanced analytics techniques
- Excellent understanding of promotional, marketing, operations analytics methodologies with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable data insights with excellent communication and presentation skill
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics is preferred)
