Children's Home Deputy Manager Location : Croydon, London Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Evoke Care is looking for a motivated and experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager to join our team in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in children's residential care. The Role As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management, development and success of our children's residential home. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will help establish a safe, nurturing and high-quality environment where children and young people can thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day management and development of the children's home. Leading, supervising, mentoring and supporting the residential care team. Working effectively with social workers, education providers, health professionals and other agencies. Supporting the home to meet Ofsted requirements, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Essential Previous experience working in an Ofsted-registered children's residential home. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. Previous experience supervising, mentoring and supporting staff. Good working knowledge of Ofsted requirements, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. UK work authorisation (no sponsorship available) Desirable Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a children's residential home. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Salary
