We\βre looking for a proactive Warehouse & Transport Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations in our Guildford hub. You\βll lead a small team, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time, while managing transport schedules and compliance.
Hours β 4am Start.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse and transport activities to meet operational targets.
- Manage a team of drivers and warehouse operatives, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure health & safety standards and company policies are followed at all times.
- Monitor stock accuracy and oversee loading/unloading processes.
- Plan and coordinate delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle transport compliance, including vehicle checks and driver hours.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve issues promptly.
What We\βre Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse or transport supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
