Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? We\’re looking for a Warehouse & Transport Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse and transport operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and drivers.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate dispatch schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve service.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in warehouse and/or transport supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of logistics software and inventory systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
- CPC qualification or transport compliance knowledge (a plus).
