Telesales Executive

As a Telesales Executive, you\’ll be at the heart of our business‑to‑business sales team. Your mission? To grow revenue by developing existing accounts, reactivating lapsed customers, and building new business relationships through proactive outbound calls. You\’ll be selling a wide range of business products and services, helping customers find the right solutions while driving profitability and long‑term loyalty.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
• Maximise revenue from current accounts and identify new opportunities
• Build strong relationships and trust over the phone
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales and margin targets
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Services, Credit Control, Marketing, and Product Management
