We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Education Division, driving growth and retention across major strategic accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of Key Account Managers and shape the future of our education sector offering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets.
  • Drive retention and growth of all major education accounts.
  • Support KAMs with account management, bids, and presentations.
  • Ensure effective business planning and implementation across key accounts.
  • Win new customers through proactive business development.
  • Provide accurate reporting and manage credit/payment issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic account management and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the office supplies/business services industry.
  • Full UK driving licence.
