The company distributes over 24,000 products from its three automated distribution centres in England and Ireland to over 4,000 resellers and customers.

The Retail Account Manager will develop an existing customer base and maximise sales through pro-active telesales calls. To deliver a high level of service to all potential and existing customers whilst increasing sales, product lines, profitability and developing long-term business relationships. You will be working as part of a business-to-business sales team focusing on building new business relationships.

Key Activities Will Include:

  • Making outbound calls to generate business with existing and prospective customers
  • Developing existing customers to maximize revenue
  • Building new business relationships
  • Interpreting customer's requirements and presenting them with a solution
  • Ensuring that budgeted sales and margin levels are achieved

Summary Of Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a proactive plan is in place daily, to achieve your specific KPI's
  • Determination to exceed budgets and develop the existing account base
  • Working in harmony with the wider team to push new product ranges and become an expert in selling their new and key lines
  • Effectively monitoring customers and identifying areas for growth
  • Identify and target new areas for growth and development
  • Any other duties as directed by management
