We are currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join a busy sortation hub in Lutterworth. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where you\\\'ll be responsible for sorting, scanning and moving parcels ready for dispatch.

Responsibilities
- Sorting parcels by route, size, and destination
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating handheld scanners
- Moving items around the warehouse safely
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all site safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to lift and move parcels (up to approx. 20kg)
- Good level of physical fitness – role involves continuous movement
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work nights consistently
- Safety boots & hi-vis required
