EVO Group — the UK's largest multi-channel distributor of business supplies and services — is searching for a Projects & Interiors Coordinator to join our fast-paced and high-performing Interiors Team. The Role

As a Projects & Interiors Coordinator, you'll play a central role in keeping our project operations running smoothly. You will support Project Managers and Specialists, ensuring that quotes, orders, communications, and site coordination are handled with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales quotes, orders, and all related documentation with accuracy and efficiency
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers
  • Manage inboxes, prioritise workloads, and assist with SLA tracking
  • Provide system training and onboarding support to new starters
  • Liaise with schedulers and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries
  • Support fitters on-site as their first point of contact
  • Cover team responsibilities during absences or peak periods
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and positive team culture
