Transport Administrator / Planner Join Our Logistics Team in Barking. Were offering a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Administrator / Planner to join our logistics team based in Barking. In this role, youll be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective administrative systems that support the smooth running of our transport operations.
Hours
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
- Managing daily transport desk activities, including fuel monitoring and internal communications.
- Handling document control and producing daily performance reports.
- Processing driver infringements and managing insurance documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with O Licence regulations.
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and maintaining high operational standards.
What Werom Looking For
- Strong administrative skills and experience in a transport or logistics environment (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good IT proficiency, including experience with document management and reporting tools.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
