We are representing one of the most established & market leading recruitment agencies within the UK who are looking for an experienced In-House legal Consultant to join their busy team. Part of a Global recruitment agency, they have a new CEO in place who is realistic and pragmatic. With a strategy to grow the business significantly over the next few years, your targets are extremely achievable and realistic, giving you the chance to earn significant OTE.
With well established relationships with some major players in both the West End and City, alongside elite US Law firms, to the smaller boutiques; you will be joining a highly successful, fast paced, autonomous small team, that is booming with roles and where you will feel valued and rewarded. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take ownership and build your desk as you see fit, with the backing of a market leading brand, in a genuinely lovely company. They are currently in considerable growth mode and therefore you will be given plenty of clients to build on and up-scale.
You will have a portfolio of clients where they have existing and established relationships and will become their go-to recruiter. You will also build strong long-lasting relationships with the loyal candidates, advising them on the best career move for them, whilst making money as the fees are much higher than the average fee size and their salaries are on the upper end of the market.
