We are representing an ever-evolving Development, Cloud and Digital recruitment specialist, who place senior talent into disruptive start-ups, major software players and game-changing brands. To supplement their rapidly enhanced growth due to new and current business and with a MBO in mind; they are looking for consultants & managers to join their exciting journey.
Following 10 years of year-on-year sales growth, multiple awards (including FT’s fastest growing companies in Europe, twice) and a record 2021, our client has been acquired by a multi-million-pound international Exec Search organisation. With 4 offices across the UK, that make placements globally, it is expected to exceed £30 million TO in 2022. With this in mind, the group has plans to hire 20 profiles this quarter across all divisions: Delivery Specialists, Account Managers, Senior Consultants, and Management; both perm and contract.
Our client is looking for consultants who have a passion for Tech/Digital/Cloud recruitment, alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of securing quality candidates for clients in this sector.
In return, you will have the autonomy to build your desk the way you see fit, with the financial and client backing behind you. Working in a genuine, engaging, rewarding and diverse environment, you will have the opportunity to build a fantastic career with all the tools needed.
