Financial Services Executive Search Consultant: Do you have Financial Services recruitment experience and want to work in a genuinely engaging & rewarding global environment, where you engage at CFO level? We are representing a highly regarded International Finance, Tech, Real Estate & Sports Exec Search agency; who focus largely on mid-senior retained leadership roles from £80k+. With over 30+ years of being synonymous with excellence in leadership & senior recruitment, alongside a specific increase in the number of senior level appointments made within their FS team; they are pushing ahead to strengthen and grow their business with a senior search consultant/manager, who wants to advance their career and deliver the world-class end-to-end retained search process to their clients globally.

Our client is looking for those who have a passion and desire to offer the highest level of service, working on & winning retained and interim work at CFO/FD/GFD/FP & A level.

Role and Responsibilities

The role will focus on senior retained and/or interim mid to senior-level positions with candidate salaries of £75K-£250K and interim rates £800-£1500 per day. You will have a strong network and expertise in Financial Services, such as FinTech, Payments, Asset Management, Digital Assets/Crypto/Insurance/Hedge Funds or VC.
