With over 30+ yrs of being synonymous with excellence in leadership & senior recruitment, alongside a specific increase in the number of request for CFO appointments, across all of their existing sectors; they are looking for an experienced Director/Finance Practice Head, who could take the helm, build out and lead a CFO Practice, delivering the world class end-to-end retained search process to their clients globally.
Our client is looking for those who have experience placing retained senior/c-suite-level £100k+ positions, within the Finance sector; with a passion and desire to offer the highest level of service.
You will demonstrate a strong track record of leading a team and winning/delivering projects at both senior management and executive level.
With some great existing relationships across all their sectors, there is a huge opportunity to work with their current clients, alongside utilising your own network; with the backing & support to build your own team around you.
