We are representing an expanding leading global recruitment agency, whose exec search team focus on tech sales; providing executive talent to PE backed, high growth software companies undergoing major transformation and growth. With a business that has built its reputation upon delivering the best talent through their strong and extensive global network; they have had 100% yr on yr growth.

To supplement the growth and strengthen their already successful team; they are looking to appoint an AD in their Manchester office, to build a unique practice in one of the most cutting-edge areas in the tech world, within a reputable brand with a strong client base. Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity and quality to deliver the world class end-to-end search process to their clients globally; they are looking for an AD to strategically lead the business in bringing to market, their subject matter area.

You will work closely with their existing clients and SaaS network, whilst also harnessing strong relationships with commercial partners and your own network. Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about tech recruitment, alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of BD and securing quality candidates for clients, ideally within the SaaS, software/tech or fintech sectors, delivering mid to senior leadership appointments.

Requirements
  • Previous experience building a Tech Sales Recruitment desk ideally in the SaaS, software/tech or fintech sectors
