An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Search Practice Head to join a rapidly expanding search firm. They offer a unique consultancy approach helping organisations understand the value of diversity, and consequently diversity of thought.
To supplement the growth in their core business, they are looking for a seasoned Practice Head to lead and build out their division/teams within HR. They take a highly pragmatic approach to candidate and suitability assessments, to ensure that they deliver the right talent to the right organisations; working with key stakeholders to define required behaviours at the beginning of a process, and those candidates are matched utilising cutting-edge assessment tools.
Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity, quality and speed in comparison to contingent processes; this is an opportunity to develop your career, alongside a growing business and work with C-suite clients at the highest level, in robust, detailed and highly professional processes; where all stakeholders are fully committed to gaining an outcome from each fully diverse search process.
You will have a track record of headhunting, mapping and securing quality candidates for clients within the HR sector; delivering mid to senior leadership appointments.
