We are representing a rapidly expanding and ever evolving global exec search firm; who have five arms to the business; providing executive talent to the Commodities, FS, FinTech, Aerospace and Defence markets. With year-on-year growth demand for their services has been growing and recently they have won a number of global, retained search programmes within the commodities & energy space.
Due to these sizable new business wins alongside their current business, our client is looking for an experienced consultant with commodities or energy experience in Banking, PE, Trading or Tech, to work with some very established and reputable clients. Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity, quality and speed in comparison to contingent processes; this is an opportunity to develop your career and work with C-suite clients at the highest level, in robust, detailed and highly professional processes; where all stakeholders are fully committed to gaining an outcome from each search process.
Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for commodities or energy recruitment; alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of headhunting, mapping and securing quality candidates for clients within the commodities or energy sectors; delivering mid to senior leadership appointments. You will have the autonomy to build your desk the way you see fit, with the financial and client backing behind you. Requirements- Previous experience recruiting in the commodities or energy sector - ideally into Banking, PE, Trading or Tech space.
