We are representing a rapidly expanding and leading global executive search firm, who exclusively focus on providing executive talent to private equity backed software companies, undergoing major transformation and growth.

With a business that has built its world class reputation upon delivering the best talent through their strong research led approach and extensive global professional network; they have had year on year growth in the last 3 years and an increase in the number of senior level appointments made at their multi-billion-dollar software clients.

To supplement their growth and strengthen their already very successful leadership team, they are looking to appoint a COO/CGO/MD to play a pivotal role driving operational excellence; enabling the company to achieve its ambitious growth and exit goals over the next few years.

Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity, quality, and speed in comparison to other search firms; this is an opportunity to be a part of the exciting next phase and work with C-suite clients at the highest level, in robust, detailed and highly professional processes, where all stakeholders are fully committed to gaining an outcome from each search process.

Acting as a strategic partner to both the CEO and Founder, the COO will lead operations, organisational development and client success, while implementing scalable processes and enhancing the firm’s marketplace.
