We are currently recruiting production operators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Littleborough. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates looking for long-term employment, career progression, and competitive earning potential.
The Role
As a production operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products while maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Laminating products to specification
- Applying various substances and materials to moulds
- Conducting quality inspections and checks
- Manually lifting, moving, and storing finished goods
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting general production and housekeeping duties as required
- Working effectively as part of a two-person team
Working Hours
Monday to Wednesday: 08:00 - 16:30
Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
40 hours per week (paid after breaks)
Pay & Benefits
- Starting rate from £13.05 per hour, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate after 40 hours

Candidate Requirements
- Production experience is highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years' manufacturing or factory experience

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Able to work in a busy and sometimes messy manufacturing environment
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to work the advertised shift pattern
- Able to commute to Littleborough
